Setting up e-Invoicing

When you complete the Spotify questionnaire, you will be prompted to complete a legal entity setup. Alternatively, you can setup the legal entity under the Admin tab. You will be redirected to this page. Next you will fill out the required information.

Step 1: From the Spotify Questionnaire

1. Click on the “Add Remit-To” button under Remit-To Addresses.

2. A pop-up will appear prompting you to “Create New” legal entity.

Step 1a: From the Admin Tab

1. Click on “Admin” tab at the top of the page.

2. Click on “Legal Entity Setup” of the left choices.

3. Click on “Add Legal Entity” button on the upper right side of the page and a pop-up on the screen will appear.

Step 2: Where's your business located?

Enter the following:

Legal Entity Name
Country

Hints are provided on the right of your Coupa screen. Some countries will require extra information to be entered after clicking “Continue”.

Step 3:

You will be redirected to a page to add in your information.

You will only need to fill out the fields that are marked with the red asterisk.
If Coupa requires you to enter your company’s tax identification number and you do not have the number Coupa is requiring, click “I don’t have a Tax ID Number”
The “Use this address for Remit-To info” and “Use this for Ship From address info” box is auto-checked. If you need to add a different address, you will need to uncheck this.

Once the information is filled in, click “Save & Continue”

Step 4: Where do you want to receive payment

This information is populated from Step 3 if “use this address for Remit-To info” was checked.

– Click “Save & Continue”.

Note: If your country does not default to address and/or you cannot switch, you must enter the information per Coupa’s requirements. Note: Some banking information provided in this setup may not transfer over to the SIM form and will require for you to re-enter the information in Spotify’s vendor questionnaire.

Step 4a: Where do you want to receive payment

Review the information If everything is correct, click “Next”.

Step 5: Where do you ship goods from?

This information is populated from Step 3 if “Use this for Ship From address” was checked.

If everything is correct, click “Done”.
